Job summary

AllianceCorp in Melbourne is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to be the central hub between clients, Property Wealth Planners, brokers, legal teams and developers, guiding the process from Expression of Interest through to contract execution and sign-offs.

You’ll review property documentation, cross-check information, maintain Salesforce records and ensure dates, figures and documents are correct while keeping clients informed and supported every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration, property, conveyancing or another detail-heavy coordination role will be valuable.
• You enjoy a well-run process, checklists and keeping everything exactly where it needs to be.

Responsibilities

• Keep every moving part on track—from Expression of Interest to contract execution and sign-offs across multiple stakeholders.
• Review property documentation, cross-check information, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Keep people accountable by following up with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Make the client experience count by communicating milestones and responding to questions promptly.
• Own the follow-through by identifying missing information and escalating issues when needed.
• Support the wider process including Expression of Interest processing, deposits and refunds, compliance checks, DocuSign and Admin for our Super Plus Program.
