Job summary

Talent Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a leading Australian data centre operator for Contract Administrators in Sydney and Melbourne. You will negotiate and set up contracts with builders, manage variations and close out each site, while collaborating with project, design, finance and legal teams.

The role offers ownership and exposure early on with a clear career path. This client values practical negotiation, accurate drafting and strong Excel capability, and sponsors NV1-level security

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years as a Contract Administrator or QS on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, not just administering them.
• Clear, confident communication and strong Excel skills.
• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance (sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and set up contracts with builders, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage variations, progress claims and close out through to a finished site.
• Work with project, design, finance and legal teams; provide input and sign-offs.
• See the entire life of a project, not just the build.
