Belgravia Leisure is hiring at our Abbotsford office for a full-time hybrid contact centre representative. You will deliver exceptional service across multiple channels, promote our leisure services, and build lasting customer relationships.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a dynamic, growing team. Ideal candidates have a strong phone presence, attention to detail, and a collaborative, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Able to multitask across channels (phone, email, social, web).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, social, SMS and web chat.
• Provide outstanding service and address customer needs to meet standards.
• Engage customers and promote Belgravia Leisure services.
• Build positive relationships to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with tasks as directed by management and maintain compliance.
• Maintain current First Aid (Level 2), CPR, WWC and Police checks.
