Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate contact centre consultants to deliver exceptional service, promote our brand, and handle inquiries across multiple channels. Full-time and part-time roles with flexible weekday/weekend shifts are available.

Training is provided, and remote/hybrid options may be considered for the right candidate. You will join a dynamic team focused on great customer experiences, where benefits include gym/pool membership and ongoing staff perks.

Qualifications

• First Aid Level 2 and CPR are required; we can help you obtain them.
• Working With Children Check and National Police Check are required.
• Experience in customer service and strong phone etiquette is preferred.
• Ability to work across weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web message.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs to meet standards.
• Engage with customers and promote our services.
• Develop positive relationships with customers to enhance the experience.
• Perform tasks as guided by your manager.

The Role

We are looking for passionate contact centre consultants who are prepared to put the customer at the centre of everything they do by delivering exceptional service, promoting our brand and services to potential and existing customers. We are looking for full-time or part-time representatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends.

A few of the duties and responsibilities included are:

• Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web message
• Provide excellent customer service, by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards.
• Engaging with customers and promoting our services
• Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience.
• Additionally, performing tasks as guided by your manager.
• Current First Aid (Level 2)
• Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
• National Police Check
