Job summary

Qualifications

• Two of the following areas with hands-on experience: Virtualization, Networking, Linux systems, Storage analysis.
• Experience supporting external customers with a customer-first mindset.
• Multilingual能力 in Korean or Mandarin is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose customer issues.
• Improve serviceability by testing features and building scaling tools.
• Analyze customer base to reduce field risks.
• Lead product changes with engineering based on feedback.
• Collaborate with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain internal and external knowledge bases.
• Provide weekday and rotating off-hours support as needed.
• Champion customers and their use of the Nutanix stack.
