Ampol is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of the Commercial Fuels & Energy division’s Operating Model Transformation. Based in Alexandria, Sydney, on a 12-month max-term contract, this role will help leaders and employees navigate significant change across people, process, technology and ways of working.

Working within Ampol's hybrid change model, you will be embedded within the business while remaining closely connected to the central Group Change function.
