Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of the Commercial Fuels & Energy division’s Operating Model Transformation, a strategic multi-year program. Based in Alexandria, Sydney, on a 12-month max-term contract, you will partner with senior leaders to drive readiness and adoption across people, processes, and technology.

Hybrid working, strong stakeholder engagement and practical delivery of change interventions are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading change management initiatives within large, complex organisations.
• Demonstrated success delivering operating model transformations involving organisation design, governance, roles, processes and ways of working.
• Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship building across all levels.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and sponsors to drive adoption.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change strategy and delivery for the Operating Model Transformation.
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive engagement across the business.
• Assess and manage impacts on organisation design, roles, processes and ways of working.
• Develop change, communication, readiness and adoption plans aligned to milestones.
• Facilitate leadership alignment, sponsorship and ownership of outcomes.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and change risks; manage resistance.
