Job summary

Ampol is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of its Commercial Fuels & Energy operating model transformation. Based in Alexandria, Sydney, on a 12-month max-term contract, you will embed within the business and partner with senior leaders to drive readiness, adoption and sustainable implementation of a new operating model.

• Significant experience leading change management initiatives in large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change strategy and delivery for the CFE Operating Model Transformation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across CFE and Ampol Group.
• Assess and manage impacts across organisation design, roles, processes and ways of working.
• Partner with People & Culture on organisation design and people-related change impacts.
• Develop and execute change, communication, readiness and adoption plans.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship of change outcomes.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and potential change fatigue.
• Design and deliver workshops, engagement activities and learning initiatives.
• Monitor readiness and adoption outcomes to refine the change approach.
