Job summary

Coal Services Pty Limited is seeking a Change Manager, Business Services, to lead end-to-end change across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will partner with leaders and project teams to drive adoption, build capability and deliver lasting business outcomes across Coal Services health, Mines Rescue, Regulation & Compliance and corporate services.

Based in Newcastle or Sydney, this hands-on role sits in a newly established PMO and requires strong stakeholder management, change

Qualifications

• Experience with recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, APMG or equivalent).
• Ability to develop and implement stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and adoption strategies.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across strategic and operational change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end change management support across a range of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Support leaders and employees to navigate organisational change.
• Assess change impacts and develop practical adoption/readiness solutions.
• Create engaging communication, stakeholder engagement and learning strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with project teams to drive outcomes.
• Track change progress, identify risks and support smooth transitions.
• Build change capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
