Allianz Australia is seeking a Case Manager for Workers' Compensation in Charlestown to support injured workers through the claims process, coordinating care and guiding them back to work. You will build relationships with providers, agencies and customers, applying empathy and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build effective working relationships with workers, rehab providers, government agencies, legal providers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes.
• Make key liability decisions and assess claims for reasonable and necessary treatment.
• Assess and manage injury needs, handle correspondence regarding workers compensation benefits, treatment, rehabilitation, and interpret medical reports.
• Provide timely and effective responses to customer needs and ensure accurate processing of claims.
• Accurately calculate benefits and apply relevant legislative rules and timeframes in managing benefits.
