Inchcape Australia is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join our Greystanes team. You will handle inbound enquiries, schedule vehicle service appointments, and deliver outstanding service across multiple automotive brands.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries and schedule vehicle service appointments across multiple Inchcape brands.
• Make outbound calls to customers due for servicing, helping maintain customer retention and engagement.
• Manage customer interactions across phone, SMS and digital communication channels.
• Support the achievement of booking, call quality and customer service targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and booking details within internal systems.
• Work closely with service, sales and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve enquiries efficiently.
