Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist at our Werribee, VIC retail site. You will engage customers from enquiry to delivery, representing Subaru, and guide them through the sales journey with expert product knowledge.

You will work onsite, using Salesforce and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient service and a memorable experience. A passion for cars and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience, with Utes and Trucks.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities; able to work Saturdays with a weekday off.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised and engaging customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
• Showcase deep product knowledge to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
• Manage the complete sales process including test drives, trade-in evaluations, paperwork, and post-sale follow-ups.
• Utilise Salesforce and other digital tools to accurately maintain customer records and manage sales activity.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a consistent and flexible experience across all customer touchpoints.
