Job summary

Inchcape Australia is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant for our Greystanes team. You will handle inbound enquiries, schedule vehicle service appointments across Inchcape brands, and engage customers to improve satisfaction, retention and experience.

The role offers hybrid working with a blend of home and office, collaboration with service, sales and parts teams, and opportunities to develop skills within a global automotive group.

• Answer inbound customer enquiries and schedule vehicle service appointments across multiple Inchcape brands.
• Make outbound calls to customers due for servicing, helping maintain customer retention and engagement.
• Manage customer interactions across phone, SMS and digital communication channels.
• Support the achievement of booking, call quality and customer service targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and booking details within internal systems.
• Work closely with service, sales and parts teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve enquiries efficiently.

Our Business Development Centre (BDC) is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join our team in Greystanes. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and support vehicle servicing enquiries, bringing your communication skills and passion for customer experience to drive your career forward.

What you'll do
