Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume cold calling & appointment setting.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs.
• Real estate sales or mortgage broking experience is a bonus.
• Professional, resilient and confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to potential clients via phone, email, or LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
• Set up discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and maintaining engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from first contact to closing.
