Job summary

Ralph Lauren in Sydney Head Office is seeking a Business Planning & Analytics Analyst or Senior Analyst to shape data strategy, modernise reporting, and deliver automation and AI-enabled insights across ANZ. This role can be appointed at Analyst or Senior Analyst level; final title, scope and remuneration reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data & Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and data modelling.
• Experience working with data from multiple sources.
• Experience with Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Python or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks or similar cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, planning, finance or customer analytics environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting solutions from requirements to dashboard delivery.
• Consolidate and simplify reporting processes for KPI reporting.
• Prepare and transform data into validated datasets from multiple sources.
• Design and implement automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions to support reporting and planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across Retail Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Digital and CRM.
• Maintain documentation, data definitions, governance and standards.
• Support solution adoption through training and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, security and responsible AI.
