Qualifications

• Experience designing performance measurement frameworks and reporting solutions.
• Proven experience analyzing data within General Insurance or similar.
• Experience with back-office workforce planning and scheduling.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting and planning experience in a corporate environment.
• Advanced capability using SQL and Power BI to develop insights and dashboards.
• Experience with digital, automation or AI-driven solutions is valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance reporting solutions delivering actionable insights.
• Analyse performance trends and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Undertake workforce capacity planning and scheduling for back-office functions.
• Partner with Claims leaders to monitor outcomes and support initiatives.
• Support planning and forecasting with accurate analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop forecasting models and monitoring tools to strengthen decision-making.
