Job summary

PVH Brands seeks a Senior Application Analyst to support CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER and VAN HEUSEN across planning, retail and eCommerce systems from our Sydney Head Office. The role offers a hybrid work model, working with local and global stakeholders to enhance business capabilities and drive major transformation programs.

Reporting to the Application Manager, you will provide strategic Level 3 application support, lead requirements, design reviews and UAT, and mentor teams in IT tool usage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a level 2 business analyst or similar role.
• Experience with enterprise and eCommerce platforms and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation programs within scope, budget and timelines.
• Lead requirements gathering, design reviews and future-state processes.
• Coordinate data validation, UAT, and user readiness.
• Mentor stakeholders on IT tools and methodologies.
• Develop project scopes and detailed plans with global stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for delivery.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs with governance.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support Level 1 and 2 team members as needed.
