Daikin Australia, based in Perth, is seeking a technically skilled person to provide product support and problem resolution for customers and service staff. The role involves using Daikin manuals and product data to give accurate information and improve client confidence.

You will work from the Forrestfield office, reporting to the Technical Supervisor, and engage with dealers and internal teams to meet client requirements and document calls thoroughly.

Competenze

• HVAC trade qualification or engineering degree is required.
• Strong desire to progress into training within HVAC.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC and control systems is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provide technical information and support for Daikin’s product range.
