Qualifications

• Previous HVAC or mechanical services experience is desirable, but other trades backgrounds may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service technicians across daily jobs.
• Manage incoming service calls, bookings and customer enquiries.
• Allocate jobs based on technician availability, location and experience.
• Liaise with customers regarding bookings, updates and job progress.
• Monitor schedules and respond to changes, cancellations or urgent work.
• Support technicians with job information, documentation and follow-up.
• Update job records, reports and service administration.
