Job summary

Sun City Air Conditioning is seeking a Service Coordinator - Air Conditioning to join our team in Banyo, Queensland. This on-site, full-time role supports service operations by scheduling, coordinating technicians, and handling customer communications to ensure exceptional service outcomes.

You will manage appointments, maintain records, liaise with customers and management, and assist with basic accounting tasks. Training will be provided, and a valid driver’s licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative support or coordination role, ideally within the trades, HVAC, or service-based industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software, including email, spreadsheets and scheduling applications.
• Ability to work independently whilst being a reliable team player who supports colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating service appointments for technicians, ensuring optimal route planning and customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Maintaining accurate records of service calls, customer information and job details in our systems.
• Liaising between customers, technicians and management to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Processing payments and managing basic accounting tasks related to service operations.
• Monitoring technician availability and managing staff schedules.
• Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required.
