Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a service team and ensure the reliable maintenance of premium commercial highrise properties.

You will build lasting client relationships, optimise operations and resource planning, provide strategic input on maintenance budgets and tender opportunities, and coach staff to improve technical and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• HVAC trade qualification required.
• Current Drivers Licence and WH&S Induction Card.
• Minimum 5 years in a service management role.
• Strong client relationship management experience.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Advanced communication skills in client contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC service team to meet operations.
• Manage HVAC operations and staffing.
• Provide strategic advice on asset maintenance and budgeting.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Escalate and resolve service issues.
• Mentor staff to improve commercial decision making.
