Job summary

Coalfields Climate Control, a Hunter Valley based air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical contracting business, seeks an Air Conditioning Coordinator in Greta, NSW. You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation, linking customers, admin and field techs to keep jobs on time and within budget.

With HVAC scheduling and invoicing experience, you’ll own the flow, coach apprentices, and uphold our reputation for reliability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC industry and coordinating field work.
• Ability to schedule, prioritise urgent jobs and manage invoices.
• Strong communication with customers, admin team and technicians.
• Proactive, ownership mindset; calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with job management software (Ascora) or quick learner.

Responsibilities

• You will be the hub between customers, admin and field techs to keep jobs moving.
• You will schedule work, hold the team accountable and manage on-time, on-budget delivery.
• You will ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.
• You may coach apprentices and support continuous improvement of processes.
