Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Australia is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Executive to join our Newcastle team. You will sustain and grow a dedicated customer base, provide pricing guidance, and support project quotations while building strong business relationships with dealers and contractors.

Ideal candidates lead with proven sales and account management skills, have HVAC industry exposure, and can design/apply solutions.

Qualifications

A proven sales and account management history.
Previous sales experience within the HVAC or related industry would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in system design and application engineering or related technical role.
Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships at all levels with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Be focused, self-motivated and able to work autonomously, but within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and account manage a dedicated customer base to provide support and increase sales opportunities.
Develop, maintain and expand strong business relationships with customers.
Provide pricing, equipment selections and technical assistance with project quotations.
Collaborate with the sales team to grow the customer base and branch.
Assist in development of new customers and secure future opportunities from existing customers.
Participate in sales meetings and update on project status and customer development plans.
Maintain an accurate database and provide reports as required.
