Job summary

McKinnon Heating & Cooling is hiring a Sales Consultant to visit customers across Melbourne and the south-east, assess heating and cooling needs, and deliver tailored quotations. You will close deals, manage inbound leads with a professional approach, and work with office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

No HVAC experience is required; training will be provided. The role offers a generous base plus commission, a company vehicle, and ongoing product development

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or consultative selling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in Melbourne and the south-east to understand heating and cooling needs and provide tailored quotations.
• Meet with customers and recommend suitable solutions.
• Convert inbound leads with a consultative approach.
• Build rapport with diverse customers and close sales.
• Follow up quotes and guide customers through the sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
