Core Talent in Forest Lodge, NSW is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee teams and coordinate projects across the business. This role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits; you will manage people, workloads and deadlines, drive project delivery, and build strong relationships with staff, clients and subcontractors.

A proactive leader with a solid understanding of commercial HVAC, strong communication skills and the ability to handle competing priorities will thrive

Qualifications

• Minimum experience managing HVAC/mechanical services teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC projects and operations.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and communicate clearly.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and project teams.
• Oversee workloads, progress and deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with staff, clients and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues and keep projects moving.
• Hold people accountable and maintain high standards.
• Carry out occasional site visits to check progress.
• Work with management to ensure smooth project delivery.
