Core Talent in Forest Lodge, NSW is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee teams and coordinate projects across the business. This role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits; you will manage people, workloads and deadlines, drive project delivery, and build strong relationships with staff, clients and subcontractors.

About the Role:We're looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee teams and coordinate projects across the business. This role will suit someone who already has management or supervisory experience within HVAC or mechanical services and is looking for a position that's mainly office-based, with occasional site visits. You'll be responsible for managing people, coordinating workloads, keeping projects on track and making sure everything runs smoothly. Personality is a big part of this role, so we're looking for someone who can build relationships, communicate well and get the best out of their team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing and supporting HVAC teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinating technicians, subcontractors and project teams.
• Overseeing workloads, project progress and deadlines.
• Building strong relationships with staff, clients and subcontractors.
• Resolving issues and keeping projects moving.
• Holding people accountable and maintaining high standards.
• Carrying out occasional site visits to check progress and support the team.
• Working closely with management to ensure projects are delivered smoothly.

• Previous management or supervisory experience within HVAC or mechanical services.
