You will plan and schedule routine, corrective and breakdown works for buildings, HVAC systems and related services, ensuring availability of materials, contractors, and records in SAP while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Airconditioning trade background.
• Experience as Maintenance Planner.
• Experience coordinating maintenance across buildings/HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day allocation of maintenance work.
• Establish maintenance plans and maintain accurate information and records in SAP.
• Source contractors to undertake non-routine works.
• Ensure materials and equipment is available when required.
• Liaise with supervisors, sub contractors, clients and other stakeholders.
• Assist with scope of works, tendering and contract documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed within timeframes and comply with safety standards.
