Job summary

D&E Air Conditioning Pty is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead high-profile projects from planning through to completion in our Perth office, Western Australia.

You will coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. A mechanical engineering background or related trade is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HVAC or mechanical services projects from planning to completion.
• Ability to coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, procurement and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost control and financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractors and project resources.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery within budget and high quality standards.
