Electroplex in Sydney is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician (HVAC) to join our mechanical services team. You will work across a portfolio of commercial sites performing planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and minor upgrades.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Commercial HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Construction White Card is required.
• Police Check and WWCC are required.
• Strong safety and compliance knowledge in electrical/mechanical work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Electroplex is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician (HVAC) to join our Sydney-based mechanical services team. You will work across an established portfolio of commercial sites, carrying out planned and reactive HVAC maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and minor upgrades. The role offers autonomy in the field, supported by organised scheduling, clear job scopes and experienced technical leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems
• HVAC fault-finding, diagnosis and repairs
• General mechanical services and equipment maintenance
• Testing, compliance checks and service reporting
• Minor works, refurbishments and system upgrades
• Liaising professionally with clients and facility managers
• Completing work orders using modern job-management technology
• Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

About you

• A current NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence
• Commercial HVAC maintenance and fault-finding experience
• A Construction White Card
• Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
