• Proven track record of winning new business and growing market share.
• Experience in HVAC, building services, or technical trades preferred.
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle and close deals.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and secure high-value new business opportunities, targeting a minimum of $2 million in new revenue.
• Execute territory plan to increase sales revenue and market share by 25%.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial cold outreach to closing.
• Drive specification and project opportunities through contractors, consultants, and developers while expanding product mix across key accounts.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified sales pipeline (2x annual target) and accurate CRM forecasts.
