Qualifications

• Sales management experience, or a strong senior rep ready to step into leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC market, with a solid technical building products sales background.
• Ability to build sales track and relationships with builders, developers or contractors.
• Resourceful, growth-minded approach where “no” simply means finding another way.
• Confidence to empower a team and utilise CRM and quoting tools to maintain organisation and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing sales team, giving you the chance to build and shape a high-performing sales group.
• Own the growth strategy for the division, putting you in control of the direction and the results.
• Manage a select portfolio of key accounts, keeping you close to customers and credible with your team.
• Build relationships with builders, developers and contractors, opening the doors that grow your customer base.
• Drive proactive lead generation and quoting, turning your team's activity into a reliable, growing sales pipeline.
