Job summary

Talent Logic is seeking an HVAC Sales Specialist in Queensland to drive growth for a market-leading OEM. You will manage and grow commercial accounts, develop new business, and support RFT/RFP submissions.

The role offers a consultative seller the autonomy to work across the QLD region, with a base salary, car allowance, superannuation and performance-based bonus. You will build relationships with contractors and consultants in the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success within the QLD HVAC&R market.
• Strong familiarity with commercial HVAC products (splits, packaged units, multi-systems and ducted systems).
• Experience selling into commercial and/or residential channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing commercial accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities across the QLD market.
• Prepare and assist with RFT and RFP submissions.
• Negotiate product solutions and pricing structures.
• Report on sales performance, margins and secured projects.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with contractors and consultants.
