Job summary

Randstad Ballarat seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our HVAC wholesale branch. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this hands‑on role combines operational management, team leadership, financial accountability, and active sales execution within the trade-based HVAC wholesale sector.

You will take full ownership of branch performance, driving revenue growth, managing inventory and P&L, and delivering exceptional service to HVAC contractors, builders, and maintenance providers while

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Services.
• Business or Management qualification is advantageous.
• Proven branch/operations or sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Execute branch sales plans and manage contractor accounts.
• Conduct client sales calls/visits and prepare quotes.
• Manage branch P&L and control expenditure within budget.
• Supervise onsite staff and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Champion WHS protocols and lead stocktakes with accuracy.
