Job summary

Randstad in Ballarat is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our HVAC trade wholesale branch. You will drive branch revenue, oversee inventory and P&L, and deliver exceptional service to HVAC contractors, builders and maintenance providers.

The role requires trade qualifications in HVAC or a Business/Management qualification, with proven leadership and financial acumen in a fast-paced operations environment. On-site role with a focus on safety and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Services.
• Business/Management qualification or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, inventory, order processing and delivery.
• Execute branch sales plans, manage contractor accounts, quotes and new business.
• Conduct client sales visits/calls to grow revenue.
• Manage P&L, control expenditure and monitor margins within budget.
• Lead, mentor and develop onsite team to a high‑performance culture.
• Champion WHS and lead stocktakes ensuring quality standards.
