Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Ballarat HVAC branch in Ballarat, VIC. You will own branch performance, drive revenue growth, manage inventory and P&L, and deliver outstanding service to HVAC contractors and builders.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will supervise a small on-site team, implement sales plans, and ensure WHS and quality standards in a fast-paced trade wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch in a fast-paced trade wholesale environment.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Strong WHS and quality compliance experience.
