Manor Court Werribee Aged Care Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver practical, compliant support across the employee lifecycle in a supportive aged care environment. The role partners with managers on day-to-day HR matters, handles core HR processes, maintains HR systems, and contributes to workforce initiatives while escalating complex issues.

The role is 22.8 hours per week, with days and hours to be determined with the successful candidate, based at Manor Court in Werribee.

Formación

• Degree in HR or Employment Relations.
• Two years' generalist HR experience including exposure to employee relations, recruitment and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments and associated compliance obligations including due process.

About you

Degree qualification in human resources or employment relations

Two years' relevant generalist HR experience, including exposure to employee relations, recruitment and HR administration

Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial instruments and associated compliance obligations including due process

Additional requirements

NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement

Evidence of current Influenza Vaccination

Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination and booster

We offer permanent, respite, and dementia care as well as some disability services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
