Job summary

FiveSeven Consulting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor on the Central Coast to support both residential aged care and home care services. The role covers the full employee lifecycle and partners with leadership on people, culture and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• An understanding of employment practices, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

About the role
