The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a global law firm, based in Sydney CBD, supporting their legal and business services team. They have invested heavily in technology and are focused on their culture, people, and diversity.

This would be a great role to step your career into law or gain experience at a global firm.

The Role:

This is a generalist role and will see you be the go-to person in their Sydney office. You will be dealing with people right up to Partner level, so experience dealing with executive-level staff would be highly favourable. This is a maternity leave cover, and the firm would like someone to start in July and the contract will run for between 10 and 12 months

Other duties include:

• Recruitment and resourcing planning
• Managing reviews, appraisals and probations
• Dealing with employee relations issues
• Assist with projects, eg: HRIS rollout, WEGA reporting, internal audits
