The Andersen Partnership have been instructed to find a Senior Associate with solid employment law experienced to join the team of one of their clients on a permanent basis in Sydney. The firm is a reputable mid-tier firm on a national scale with 4 offices employing in excess of 280 staff across their offices.

Due to growth within the employment group, they are recruiting for a Senior Associate to work closely with the principals on a diverse range of employment law matters in both a litigation & advisory capacity to a variety of different clients.

The successful Lawyer will ideally be 5+ years PQE and come with broad employment law experience. You will have the ability to take on the following:

• Providing day to day employment law guidance to HR and in-house legal clients
• Advising on and representing clients in a variety of employment related claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, adverse action, discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract and underpayment of wages.
• Advising on WHS and managing with incidents
• Reviewing and drafting of contracts, policies, and settlement deeds
