Job summary

FiveSeven Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our client's aged care services on the Central Coast, NSW. You will support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, records management and HR documentation while partnering with leadership on workforce initiatives.

The role covers both residential aged care and home care, offering opportunities to contribute across the full employee lifecycle, with salary packaging benefits and learning opportunities in a values-driven

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Human Resources Advisor | Central Coast, NSW

About the Opportunity

We are sharing this opportunity on behalf of our client, who are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join their growing aged care service on the Central Coast. Supporting both residential aged care and home care services, this role offers the opportunity to contribute across the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership (and us!) on people, culture and workforce initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems and employment documentation.
• Prepare contracts, correspondence and position descriptions.
• Provide advice and administrative support on HR processes and employee matters.
• Support payroll, roster administration and workforce queries.
• Assist with compliance, audits, reporting and record management.
• Contribute to people and culture initiatives, employee wellbeing programs and engagement activities.
• Support organisational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist leadership to maintain compliance with aged care and employment obligations.
  

About You

You will bring:

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
• An understanding of employment practices, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
