Complete Nursing & Home Care in Cleveland, QLD seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, inductions, training and compliance across three branches. You will partner with the HR Manager to deliver learning, development and employee relations initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication, autonomy, and knowledge of SCHADS are essential; visa support for foreign staff may be required. Salary growth is KPI-driven with employee wellbeing supported.

Complete Nursing & Home Care – Cleveland QLD

You have big shoes to fill, but an exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Coordinator, with an internal focus for recruitment, inductions, workplace training and compliance to join our QLD team across three branches (Brendale, Cleveland and Nerang).

With this role, you will partner with the Human Resource Manager to support the company’s organisational goals by managing the following:

Recruitment

HR projects - identifying, networking and partnering with tertiary institutions and clubs for recruitment purposes

Attending and hosting networking events

Supporting Events Management

Ongoing management of learning, training and development

Management of third party legal advisory body

Employee Relations

Performance Reviews

Skills, abilities and experience required to successfully execute this role:

Experience in Human Resources preferred but not a prerequisite

Diligent and consistent support skills to reinforce operations teams' strength

Excellent written and verbal skills - required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, staff, management and directors

The ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives to successful completion

Understanding and application of current SCHADS award

Assist directors in foreign employee visa support
