Job summary

NBH, Australia’s leading Diamond HubSpot partner, seeks a RevOps strategist to run HubSpot projects from discovery through to handover and ongoing optimization. You’ll design revenue processes, build scalable marketing, sales and service workflows, and deliver insights that leadership will rely on.

Qualifications

3+ years in CRM, RevOps or Martech delivery; HubSpot strongly preferred.
Demonstrable ownership of revenue process design, not just execution.
Agency or consulting background is a plus, but in-house RevOps across multiple businesses is also valued.

Responsibilities

Discovery: map client business, identify where deals get stuck.
Design: set lifecycle stages, pipelines, handoff between marketing and sales.
Scope: create phased plan and manage additions.
Build: configure workflows, properties, custom objects, integrations, reporting.
Reporting: create dashboards for marketing, sales and service leaders.
Testing and handover: UAT, docs and training videos for client self-sufficiency.
Ongoing: long-term client care and retention.
