Job summary

BAC Partners seeks a Business Consultant (CPQ & CRM) to lead HubSpot implementations that transform client processes into scalable CRM solutions. You will bridge client objectives and platform capabilities across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Hubs.

As a client-facing consultant, you will design, integrate, and optimise CRM workflows, APIs, and middleware while protecting project profitability and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in delivering HubSpot implementations.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with integration platforms (N8N, Workato, Zapier).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth2.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Hubs.
• Design and implement CPQ within HubSpot and integrated systems.
• Architect end-to-end HubSpot solutions across multiple hubs.
• Establish client relationships as trusted adviser and identify expansion opportunities.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, with client training and UAT support.
