Smart Talent Group is partnering with an established Australian business specializing in large-scale exhibitions, events and brand experiences. We seek a technically strong, commercially minded Marketing Operations Manager to own HubSpot, marketing automation and the systems connecting marketing activity to sales and revenue growth.

This role requires hands-on CRM design, data integrity, complex workflows, dashboards and cross‑functional training to ensure adoption across the org.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, CRM management or Marketing Automation.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise, including architecture, workflows, automation and reporting.
• Able to build and maintain CRM systems, not just manage external providers.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, lead management and revenue attribution.
• Experience driving CRM adoption and training across teams.
• Digital marketing capability across campaigns, websites, SEO and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain HubSpot architecture, data structures, lifecycle stages and segmentation.
• Build, test and optimise complex workflows for lead capture, nurturing, qualification and follow-up.
• Develop dashboards connecting marketing activity to leads, pipeline and revenue.
• Train teams and drive company-wide HubSpot adoption.
• Execute targeted B2B campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email and website optimisation.
• Integrations & AI: connect systems, automate processes and improve efficiency.
