Urbex, a BMD Group company, is transforming its customer and data capabilities as part of a growth trajectory. We seek a HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the CRM vision, governance and hands‑on execution across the organisation.

You will own the CRM roadmap, configure and optimise HubSpot day‑to‑day and partner with Marketing and other business units to ensure data is captured, connected and activated to support our people, customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience managing CRM platforms with HubSpot configuration, automation and reporting.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong data governance, privacy and CRM best practice knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evolve CRM strategy and roadmap to align with business goals.
• Oversee data integrity, privacy compliance and governance standards.
• Serve as HubSpot admin and SME for workflows, pipelines and properties.
• Develop user training, onboarding guides and playbooks.
• Deliver dashboards and reports for timely decision‑making.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing automation and internal comms teams.
• Partner with external HubSpot partners and BI specialists for enhancements.
