Job summary

Hampshire Villages is seeking a hands-on CRM Specialist - Homes Sales to help our sales teams maximize HubSpot’s value. You will work closely with Village Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing and Sales Leadership to improve how leads are managed, boost pipeline visibility and embed consistent sales practices across our village portfolio.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own the day-to-day HubSpot effectiveness, drive adoption, and deliver training to ensure CRM processes are practical,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in CRM management, sales operations or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of sales pipelines, lead management and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise HubSpot across the Villages sales network.
• Partner with leaders to improve lead management and pipeline progression.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training for Village Managers and sales staff.
• Act as first point of contact for HubSpot support and user guidance.
• Improve CRM adoption with practical, people-focused processes.
• Monitor data quality and compliance with sales processes; translate insights into actions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate tasks.
• Support new village acquisitions and CRM setup for integrations.
