Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, project management, health and safety or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects with planning, tracking activities and prioritising work.
• Experience delivering communications materials across emails, intranet, presentations, campaigns.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of HSW initiatives and activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and enablement across HSW systems, processes and operations.
• Develop and support communication materials for various formats (emails, intranet, presentations).
• Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement, learning and change activities.
• Maintain project documentation and records to support delivery and reporting.
• Support workshops, training and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and triage HSW central mailbox.
