Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, project management, health and safety or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, initiatives or programs with planning, tracking and prioritising.
• Experience developing and delivering communication materials across formats (emails, intranet, presentations, campaigns).
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops, meetings and training sessions.
• Ability translating complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communication.
• Experience maintaining structured documentation and records to support delivery and reporting.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to support implementation and adoption of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of HSW initiatives and activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and enablement across HSW systems, processes and operations.
• Develop and support communication materials.
• Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement, learning and change activities.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Support workshops, training and engagement initiatives.
