Job summary

University of Sydney is seeking an HSW Manager Systems and Enablement on the Camperdown Campus to lead a small team and oversee the University’s health, safety and wellbeing systems, digital platforms, learning and communications.

You will ensure data integrity, access governance and vendor outcomes, deliver on the HSW Impact Plan, and maintain governance content and documentation across faculties, supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Business, IS, Change Management, or equivalent.
Extensive experience in senior HSW roles with systems/enablement responsibilities.
Proven success leading digital system implementations and change initiatives.
Experience in complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead the HSW Systems and Enablement team.
Enable effective implementation of the HSW Management System and initiatives.
Own and enable HSW Digital Platforms.
Lead development and maintenance of HSW capability frameworks and competency expectations.
Set the HSW communications and engagement strategy.
Ensure systems support high-quality data capture.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders for enablement and data analysis.
