Job summary

Iluka Resources is seeking an initiative-taking HSEC Administration Coordinator to maintain and improve the Health, Safety, Environment and Community data management system. Based in Perth, this 12-month fixed-term contract covers maternity leave and reports to the Group Health & Safety Manager.

The role focuses on system maintenance, process improvement, SME support, and regular sustainability reporting to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HSEC administration role preferred.
• Proficiency with HSEC systems and data management.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain HSEC systems (Evotix, PowerBI, ChemAlert and Service Now).
• Provide guidance and training to Iluka employees and contractors.
• Generate monthly sustainability reports and executive summaries.
